"The Last Watch " was my first short film. Finished in 2001 it was my first attempt at telling a story in 3d. Using softimage3.92 I was able to create this short with only one month of formal 3d training. The short films look is somewhat outdated now, in 2001 it was pretty exciting to see.

In addition, This film also won me my first 3d award! "Best Student Animation" for the 2001 Academy of Media Arts.

Please watch this film with the knowledge that none of the characters have a reverse foot rig! I hand keyed everything from the feet to the lamp. Basically at the time of creation I was winging it :) Enjoy.
